The New Carts Route is on Bottle Farmer .
CARTS gives food and clothes to people on the streets of Victoria every week .
"If you have ever walked the downtown area on a Friday evening, chances are you have seen a group walking through the streets pulling garden carts. That was the CARTS team! But, now you will see the team late Sunday afternoons. "
The route is different now , too . The CARTS stop at this globe , instead of at the fountain.
